Jeff, also known as Tree, was born in Tampa, FL, graduated in Ocala, FL. And has been in Jacksonville for the past 15 years. He comes from a family who still values Sunday dinner at mom’s house, who believes, family is everything. He was raised that anything worthwhile is going to be hard, and he has dedicated the past 20 years of his life helping others.

With over 20 years of experience, Tree has worked in various roles within the insurance industry, including underwriting, sales, and management. His career started as an underwriter with a leading insurance company, where he gained extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and developed a passion for providing clients with the right insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.

After several years as an underwriter, Tree transitioned into sales, where he further honed his customer service skills and developed a reputation for delivering exceptional service to clients. He worked for several insurance agencies, where he gained expertise in various lines of insurance, including commercial, personal, and specialty lines. Tree is proud to say he has helped protect over 10,000 clients over the past 20 years.

In 2022, Tree founded The Rountree Agency, a franchise of OnePoint Insurance Partners. The Rountree Agency is built with the goal of providing clients with personalized insurance solutions and exceptional customer service. Under his leadership, the agency has grown to become a trusted provider of insurance solutions to individuals and businesses throughout Florida, Georgia, Texas, Colorado, Arizona, California, Rhode Island, New York, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. With the explosive success in Florida, Tree has been made a partner of OnePoint Insurance and Financial and heads up the franchise development team as the Agency Director. His goal is to replicate all of the things that make The Rountree Agency great and replicate that model around the country.

Tree is passionate about serving his community and giving back. He has been actively involved in various community organizations over the years, including the local Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club, co-founded Hoods for Heroes, and currently is on the Board of Directors for St. Michael’s Soldiers and The Homegrown Kindness Project.
